Chad Greenway’s Lead the Way Foundation impacts the lives of seriously, chronically, and terminally ill children and their families through four ongoing community outreach programs.

These four programs – Chad’s Locker, TendHER Heart, Field of Dreams and Chad’s Playgrounds – ensure that medically in-need children and their families are receiving a helping hand a blessing of hope during a time when they need it the most.

Whether it is honoring the courage and sacrifice of caregivers, improving the hospitalization experience or creating lifelong memories, Chad Greenway’s Lead the Way Foundation is committed to improving the lives of Minnesota’s most seriously ill youth.

Since 2011, the Foundation has been successful in impacting more than 8.3 million children and their family members.
